Alexis' Suitcase was featured on CBS on April 26th, 2009. The coverage was focused on the bus tour that Consignment Chic organized through Atlanta from Birmingham, AL. Over 25 shoppers came to Atlanta from Birmingham that day. The first stop was the John's Creek Alexis' Suitcase location. It was quite an adverture!

Alexis' Suitcase was featured on CNN on April 11th, 2009. The video came about when one of our consignors (Thanks, Trish!) was in the store and overheard Jayna, the owner, talking about opening a 2nd store in a few weeks. She thought it was a great story that consignment stores are expanding when the rest of the economy was shrinking, so she pitched it to her team. They came and spent an entire day shooting at the store. It created quite a stir and was a great thrill!

Alexis' Suitcase was featured on CBS 46 News on June 24, 2008. The piece was focused on the growing popularity of consignment shopping with the economy slowing. Beginning around this time we noticed a huge amount of news coverage focusing not only on Alexis' Suitcase but on the growth of consignment shopping throughout the nation!
