- Women's items only (no kid's or men's).
- GENTLY-USED items - no stains, holes, torn hems, broken zippers,
- Produced within the last 2 years only - no outdated styles or
vintage items (with rare exceptions for vintage jewelry & handbags)
- Spring/summer items from February - July & fall/winter from
August - January.
- Items must be cleaned and on hangers or neatly folded.
We don't take swimsuits, lingerie, robes, etc.
- Only mall-brand or better items.

What about high end designer items?
We offer a higher percentage that any other consignment shop in
Atlanta for high end designer pieces (60% to you for items sold for over $500
and 75% for items sold over $1000)! We also offer a Buy Outright option for designer items (see below). We will list your items on eBay and in our online store with no additional fees or
hassle for you.
We do offer a pick-up service if you have a large number of
designer items. Please email

Can I sell outright as well as consign?
We do offer a buy outright option on HIGH END DESIGNER items only. We
usually pay 50-75% of what you would expect to make on consignment. For
example, if you had a Louis Vuitton handbag that we would sell for $500, you
would make 60% or $300.00 if you sold it through us on consignment. If you
would rather sell that handbag outright, we would pay you 50-75% of that
consignment percentage amount, or $150.00 - $225.00 up front. You make
less money doing an outright sell because we take the risk of the item not
selling, but you have the benefit of receiving the money on the spot rather than
waiting for the item to sell.

We purchase items outright BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. To schedule a buy
out appointment, email us at
firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 770.390.0010. As a reminder, you
DO NOT need an appointment if you plan to leave your items on consignment.
When can you bring your items in?
NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY to consign! When you come by we will look through the
items while you
wait! There is a 5 Piece Minimum to Set up an Account, and there are no start-up
or account maintenance fees.
How long do the items stay in the store?
The consignment period is 75 days. For high end designer
items we will often reconsign the items to our other locations to allow them the
maximum amount of time to sell.
How do you get paid?
Whenever one of your items sells your account is automatically credited for a percentage of the sales price (40% for items under $100, 50% for items $100-$499, 60% for items $500-$999, and 75% for items over $1000).
You can login online to your consignor account to check your balance. You
can pick up checks at any time at the shop, as long as you call to request a
check 24 hours in advance. You can also use the credit for store merchandise.
What happens if your items don't sell?
At the end of the consignment period it is your responsibility to call to have
us pull the unsold items that you want returned. Items priced under $25
are automatically donated at the end of the consignment period. All
items that aren't picked up may be donated, and you can get a donation receipt.
