I, the undersigned, hereby consign my articles to Alexis Suitcase for a period of 75 days, starting the day that the inventory is put on the floor.  Prices will be set by management at the time of consignment, and an inventory list with prices can be emailed to you at your request.   

If the consigned pieces are sold within the 75-day period, I will receive the following percentage based on selling price:

40% of the purchase price for items under $100, 50% for items $100 - $499, 60% for items $500 - $999, and 75% for items over $1000. 

After 25 days, the merchandise price is automatically reduced by 25%.  After 50 days, the merchandise price is automatically reduced by 50%.  All items are subject to additional clearance sales and/or price adjustments according to market demand.

Per the separate consignment receipt, I understand that it is my responsibility to call to pickup unsold items before their 75-day expiration date.  Consignors may pick up unsold items that are priced for $25 or higher.  Any unsold items not requested for pick up within the 75 day period will become property of Alexis  Suitcase and may be donated.  Additionally, any items that a consignor requests to pick up, but does not pick up within 2 weeks of requested pickup date will be donated.  Items priced for less than $25 will automatically be donated if unsold after 75 days.  In the event a consignor s items are donated, a tax-deductible donation receipt will be provided. 

Checks are available to be picked up in person by the Consignor at any time, as long as the credit due is $10.00 or more.  Checks may also be mailed for a $2 fee.  Consignors must call 24 hours ahead of time to request a check.  Consignors may spend their credit in the store at any time, regardless of the amount. 

I hereby warrant that I have complete title to the merchandise listed and I will not hold Alexis  Suitcase responsible for any claim or title to it.  I also understand that Alexis  Suitcase assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to listed merchandise by fire, theft, accident or any cause.
